Founded in 2020 as Shoals Engraving, Shoals Print & Promo has grown into a full-service commercial printing and promotional products company — making real strides in the print, promotional, and marketing world. Based on the East Coast, we proudly serve clients all across the country.

Meet Jordan — Owner & Creative Director

Jordan became a co-founder of Shoals in its earliest days and officially took over as sole owner in January 2025. But his story starts long before that.

In his early days, Jordan split his week between painting luxury homes, teaching private music lessons, running print and engraving jobs at Shoals, and staying up late making merch for his own shows and performances. He was building personal brands from scratch — the same way his clients do today.

That experience is everything. Jordan doesn't just understand custom merchandise from the business side — he's lived it as a creative, a tradesman, and a performer. He comes from a long line of clothing manufacturers and musicians. His mother, a seamstress, runs her own nonprofit and leads a traveling quilting group that journeys across the country quilting, sewing, crafting, and sightseeing with friends. That love for craft, community, and creativity runs deep in the family.

Today, Jordan brings over 8 years of printing and production experience to the table — along with hands-on time as a professional luxury painter, musician, woodworker, laborer, and landscaper. He truly understands what it's like to be on every side of the equation: the worker, the brand, and the customer.

Jordan's work can now be seen all across the country — in coffee shops, gyms, contracting warehouses, and in buildings you might work in yourself.
